Questions about trailering a M37

I have lurked here for years and used to post a bit. Anyway, I am contemplating buying a 1953 M37 which is about 150 miles away. It's a runner but I would like to trailer it home as the brakes are not good and I don't want to stress it out in the 100 Deg F heat of summer. I have a 1998 Ram 2500 4X4 with a V10 set up for towing - where does one rent a car trailer? U haul is only rated at 5200 lbs...

Any advice is appreciated.
