P.G. & E used to own several PW's here in California. They always installed Barden bumpers on the rear of there trucks. I have owned two of them and still own one but I removed the Barden bumper and scraped it, I prefer the look on the rear of a FFPW without a bumper. I tried to find a picture for you but couldn't.
I sold one of the trucks to Mark Cutter in Grass Valley, maybe he can send you a picture of the bumper if it is still on the truck.
