Transfer case tools

I'm rebuilding the transfer case in my '46 PW. The manual discusses some special tools for installing/removing the idler shaft (DD-852) and setting up the idler shaft bearings (DD-853).

Is there a source for these tools? Alternatives for their use? Design specs to make some up?
