Looking for good source of military manual's

I wanted recomendations on a vendor for manuals or posibly good quality cd sets.

I wanted "TM 5-4940-200-12",TM 5-4940-200-25P",TM 5-4940-200-35" and cant seem to find a place to download for free so I was looking to buy.
Has anyone bought a cd with all the Army Shop Equipment Manuals and have an soruce for a good quality cd?
