If you are so lucky to get an original unrestored example that is extra nice, I would consider keeping it that way. If you can restrain yourself a "beater" can be put together for a fraction of a restored cost. This "lesser" truck will do everything a restored rig can do and will enable you to connect with the Power Wagon's original intent as a workhorse. Something that is lost or never experienced with a restored rig. Unlike a marriage you can choose more that one to spend with.
