Check to see the input yoke and the output yoke on the transfer case are in alignment.
Using the transfer case in low range means the yoke will be out of alignment.
To align the yoke put the transfer case neutral
Turn the engine off
Block the wheels so the truck will not roll
put the transmission in neutral
get under the truck and align the yokes by hand.
messy and a pain but you have to do it.
Having the yokes (driveshafts) out of alignment
causes the u joints to vibrate at odd frequencies.
The vibration shakes the transfer case and the whole truck.
