I'm trying to decide a course of action to follow with my 52 PW. Do I rebuild the stock parts, or swap in newer pieces? Is it possible to swap in axles, brakes, wheels without major headaches? This vehicle was used in the oil fields of western Colorado, and has some ugly modifications to the bed and body. I don't think it would be a good original restoration project. My ultimate goal is end up with a truck that I can drive and use, with safe brakes, steering, etc.
