I've got a pretty decent '56 C-4 (I run it about 80 miles a month) with a factory winch and split bumpes. It's not a show truck, I use it to haul wood, but it looks good enough to drive in a parade. It's all stock with the bumpettes in back and pintle hinch. I'd have to have about $4,250 to be able to replace it. I'm located a couple hours east of Portland, Oregon. I'm not real anxious to sell it but I could as I have some other rigs. Just thought it might belp you gauge what's out there price-wise.
Also, I can turn you on to some cheaper (and rougher...some running and some not) PWs if you're shopping in this area.
