I have a 230 ci L6 in a 1951 dodge 1 ton pu and cannot find a number for a replacement oil filter. Autoparts stores cannot even find it. PLEASE help, i need a filter. It is a canister type like mentioned here, approximately OD 3 3/4 in and 4 1/4 inches tall. Thank YOU....
