Can't speak for the M37, but I've "re-bolted" my M38A1 from my local ACE. My ACE has a pretty good selection of fastener types, but not too many of each one. However, the prices are OK, and they will order anything I want. Depending on quantity and type, you may have better luck at a commercial fastener vendor. Check your Yellow Pages under "bolt and nut".

Be careful to get the correct grade bolt for the application. Grade-5 and grade-8 bolts are used in high-stress locations (steering gear, axle components, stuff like that), with common fasteners (both coarse and fine thread) fasteners used elesewhere.
