I believe you may be referring to setting up a New Process 205 case with offset rear output as well as the usual offset front output. This can be done. It requires disassembly of the TC and reassembly in a pattern similar to the NP200 that is in the older PWs and M37s. The innards of the two types of transfer cases are nearly identical. This sort of modifcation is impossible with the newer chain drive TCs. I have a question: why do you want an offset rear output in a newer dodge pickup, since all the newer rear axles have centered differentials?
