I purchased and installed an A.C. delco electric fuel pump on my 52 M-37. It was a low P.S.I. fuel pump so I did not use a regulator which i had also purchased. Every turn of the dial was equal to about 2 P.S.I. I would test the pressure output with a guage and adjust it to whatever P.S.I. your truck requires. My regul. was not a napa brand.
