Teeth on a Dodge distributor???? Mine has a blade
and notch. No teeth. Can only go in two ways. Right
on or 180 out. Sounds like the timing is off,
though. I'd recheck the timing chain and gears,
make sure the valves are opening and closing as they
should as you rotate the engine. Hell, drag the
sucker around the block a couple of times. At
worst you lose some time.
