Military versions of all our favourite trucks were built to government orders, all of which are well known. My two 3/4 tons were built on a Quartermaster contract, W-398-QM-11422. Has anybody every obtained copies of the original contracts ? is this even possible ? I'm not sure there would be any great benefit in having a copy of same but if the file came with correspondence copies detailling day-today deliveries and acceptances I'm sure most of us would like a look. Anyone know someone who has somehow found copies of this info, or have any good ideas how to ? Gordon. 8-)
