Use a lot of penetrating oil! Then loosen the nuts until the studs are flush with the nut. This will allow you to firmly tap against the nut without ruining the stud. First you must support the top half of the rim with anything available and large enough, then tap pretty hard and go around in a circle from one stud to the next so as to try and break the 2 rims a part. Once it starts to move you are on your way. This takes lots of time, but works.
