Yes everything will interchange except if you currently have a winch then you'll have to change the pto (or just pto idler gear) if you use the the newer 420 transmission (on M-37B1s 1958-68) . The only Diff between the two (M-37 & 37B1) was the elec harness (Packard connectors on B-1s, Douglas connectors M-37s 1951-54) and the newer transmission. Also they used a lesser grade sheet metal that was more prone to rust(like that really matters).
