Does anyone know if this is the same front axle in a 4X4 International of about year '57-'61 or so? I hauled one for scrap in my load today and I noticed while cabling it down it had front lock-out hubs. Said IH in the center but looked to be the same style center dial as my PW Warn hubs. I spent about 20 minutes trying to scam them off before I left the yard but no luck. No tools to fit. I even tried chiseling the nuts off but couldn't budge any of them that way either.
