Grinding welds with a cut off wheel to make changes. Or breaking welds with lever. I guess you could call it a "in house bend test".

And the difference between .o3o and .035 is about 50%. VERY significant in these type low wattage machines. That's the equivalent of a .015 step at .050 range of your 500 amp machine.
