Check with a company like Hagerty. They insure classics, antiques, customs. All my trucks are with Hagerty. They have excellent rates. You state the value you feel its worth, provide pictures/info. If they agree, your insured for the stated value in the event of a loss. There are some restrictions, such as the vehicle must be kept in a locked garage, no racing, must not use as your prime daily driver. I find the restrictions very reasonable.
