Well if the heads were rebuilt I would ask the machinist if they were checked for warp and cracks. My guess is you will be told yes. The problem you describe is a leak either from warped heads or a crack in one or more combustion chambers. I would take off the heads and have them checked by a different machinist. If they find one of the heads has a crack, forget fixing it, look for a good head.
