Windshield glass / Single piece windows / etc.

Hey guys, rick here in lovely Toronto Ontario, I'm in the process of getting the cab on my 1950 Fargo FFPW all sealed up, so now I'm at the stage where I need Glass.

I can't imagine what it would cost to ship glass across the border (assuming it would even make it up without breaking).

Has anyone ever had glass made (cut)? does anyone still have a template or accurate measurements of the 'Single piece' side windows and windshield?

I have 1/2 a good windshield (driver side) so i may be able to reverse it to make both sides, but since i swapped the 2piece window regulators for a single piece window regulators, and i don't have any glass to create a template from.
