Here is a link about very similar updating with current available booster for dodge w100 w200 w300, I have a w500 with same prob as Jerrys, it has a built in leak which when in high water also fail, putting a brand new booster with new dual master cylinder is the way to go, u could have the loaded system asap and cheaper than waiting on the way to high rebuild of the frame mounted booster rain guage!! Dont forget that your firewall( i think, not sure thought, but in case i say look at his site(Ugly trucking) for the w200 power brake conversion) needs the strips to bolt up the booster assmy as per Ray Sutters conversion page, he was gracious to send me the plans to build the mounting strips so i dont butcher my firewall, aslo his conversion kit used the chevy dually brake booster with dual master cylinder instead of the still available from several sources online mentioned@e www.dodgeorg.com link Ask one of the rebuilders to design a w500 speced out unit for the brakes on a w500, they can get the shoe size from a w500 brochure to figure it out exactly I am thinking. Sumit Racing also has loaded boosters@duakMC chaep too, check them out online. Goodluck
