Nope, I will not be able to make it this year. But, Dad will be there! He just left our house this afternoon heading back home. He is looking forward to it!
There are several "beadlock wheels" that are two piece wheels and have received DOT approval. Just recently I read about a lock-ring style wheel that had been approved, but I have no details.
