Ugly Truckling has a kit, I think.

He does a cross to a 1 ton Chebby unit. (I messed around trying to find the right Mopar unit, but it didn;t happen - long story from the land of 'manyana...) I'm in the process now. As he didn't have any kits in the pipeline, I got prints to make my own adaptor. Pretty simple, but I didn;t have a decent drill press (to drill 8 2" holes) and farmed it to my local wildcat machinist.

Obviously, the conversion from single to dual is another issue, plumbing wise. You need to be able to do double flares. I hope I learn soon... I think most would include a proportioning valve. (I'm planning on it...)
