Score! I called a local Autozone, lucked out and got the Manager, who actually knew what a 57 W-100 was. He also knew how to look in a book, insead of the computer. He said his listing for the # you gave was for a W-200. He had no listing at all for a W-100. I looked in my 59 parts book, and it showed the W-100 as having the same front axle as a W-200. The part is ordered and should be in late Tuesday. If we ever meet up in person I owe you a cold beverage. Or a keg of them for that matter!
