It sure does Manny!
I had to replace the handle on my tailgate but they'd sprayed over the big philips screws. I ended up making one giant mess trying to get it off.
Luckily most new beds attach from the bottom as opposed to through bolts. If I ever had a truck bed done I wouldn't have a tailgate done...unless they have some new trick I don't know about?
