Thanks for all the good suggestions. I ended up putting a helicoil in, thanks to the Northwest Mine Supply shop, who lent me their helicoil kit. Sure is good having those guys right here in town. Over the years they've helped me out with all kinds of odd-ball stuff that you wouldn't normally find in a town of 1000 people. If you ever need stuff for your mine, be sure to buy it from Northwest Mine Supply.
