I met Frank Rhodes back in the late 80's or early 90's. His Flat fender had just been refinished. As I recall he had a small collection of old dodges that he enjoyed working on. I remember a sloped nose closed cab wc12- as well as the wm300 pictured as well as some others. None were show queens but trucks he would use and slowly refurbish himself. He was very much an enthusiast and quite talented in his efforts.
