The UAW has some of the blame for not negotiating the contracts over the years. The Big 3 have so many people sucking on the tit of each company until they die its no wonder they are all in trouble and cant make enough to pay everything. They are getting paid an amazing amount of wages yet they continue to want more and more. With 55% of the company in their back pockets I can only imagine what will happen now as they will surely vote yes on some crazy contract.
