When I bought my property in Pa in 1987 the owner wanted to keep the mineral rights after talking a while we made a deal and I got the rights. Last fall I singed a lease for two years with Atlas Energy for oil and natural gas rights. If they drill the contract stats that I will get 300,000 cubic of gas per year free and 1/8 of the wells profit. I sure hope that they drill they said that this is a good aera. If they dont drill in two years the lease is terminated unless I sign for more time.
