Chase Hawkins Truck for Sale-Opinions

I would like to hear any opinions on a truck (1966 WM300) that Chase Hawkins has for sale on the photo ads page. The truck has original paint and appears to be very straight. Has anyone on the forum actually seen the truck in person?
Anyone close by who could inspect the truck and give an informed third party opinion.I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for your services.
I spoke with Chase when the ad first appeared and at the time I was only scouting out possibilities. I am now ready to move forward but would like to get some feedback from someone who might know the truck before I approach Mr Hawkins again.
