MU-2 Winch assembly question

Could use some information regarding location of the large Worm gear onto the Cable drum shaft. Any dimension from end of shaft to locate this gear? Ready to put onto shaft, don't want to get it on wrong as a real pain to redo! Thanks in advance for your input.
