sand blast ,or bead blast the heads.
Thin coat of zinc primer .
thin coat of gold paint .
TOPCOAT with a good quality clear . The clearcoat will take the cheap gold paint and make the fastener look very clo e to cad .
Never use a 12 point socket when installing the fastener - the paint will fracture and chip off . A 6 point seems to work with decent results.
