Value is hard to place on those mirrors, I would agree they are either factory, or a common period aftermarket item. I have seen them on trucks of the 1957-60 vintage all over the country, and I myself have tossed a couple sets aside when pulling doors from D500s for other projects because I needed to make the doors smaller to haul them home.
I think you will be hard pressed to find many buyers, and if there was a real interest in mirrors like that, the price would drop pretty quickly as I know a few people that could scrounge up a few sets over a weekend.
