Update on "Forced Patina" thread from below

I had sent Neil a link to the thread, and he read the posts and said to thank everyone who posted.
He told me today, he scotchbrited the chrome to a dull finish, then shot a light coat of flat black that he wiped around to mess it up. Then dusted some orange spray bomb on it and was satisfied!
