I'm thinking of all the times I just wear shorts when it's hot in the summer, especially when working on trails. I work some pretty weird angles and positions sometimes too, though not with the big Stihl. $55 isn't much compared to losing a leg.
I had a neighbor that should have been wearing a kevlar ski mask when he cut his face open with his chain saw -- in the basement of his house. Alcohol was definitely a factor.
