Hi Tim...if you wanna save a bunch of time, just drop the lever at a chrome shop...they'll dip the lever & have the chrome off in a matter of minutes. Not sure about chromers in your area but nobody in Vancouver with a conscience would charge anything to just remove the chrome....they want the chrome! :)
