Grant mine had the canister filter but I did the swap. I'm suspecting someone beat you to that swap. It is so easy and so worth the small cost to convert to a spin on. Just never use a Fram filter but that's another thread. Wish my engine bay looked that clean. I to have the Weiand with a 1405 and my own headers which work but are not of the DTA caliber of headers.
