Weird that all plugs failed. It at least should have run badly of kicked a few times. Did they happen to get wet from water coming through the hood hinge then later the water froze causing the ceramic to crack or allow a short. I have never see all 6 plugs fail at once.
If you pull on spark plug wire and hook it to one of the old plugs and then ground the tip of the plug then try to start the engine do you see a spark jumping the gap?
