Anyone have a parts book for a '56 D700?

I acquired this Hemi with bell and trans. I broke the bearing retainer sepperating the trans from the bell and the throwout bearing is broken too. I need number for the throwout bearing and bearing retainer. Tranny is a 5 spd, engine is a 354.
