You need to flop the passenger side hood over onto the driver side, then slide a fan blade wrench through that square access hole, down between the fan and the radiator. Remove the four bolts, set fan down into bottom of shroud, and then the water pump is easily removable.

A fan blade wrench has a 1/2" box wrench on the one end, and a screwdriver handle on the other end, with a dog leg in between. About 18" long. You use it by hooking the wrench on a bolt head, and breaking the bolt loose by turning the fan. Then a pumping motion spins the fan, unscrewing the bolt. Three out of four are easy, but you need to be a bit more delicate on the fourth, since the fan flops around with only one loose bolt holding it.
