But I think you have to remove the tranny to get the shaft/fork/rod out. But hmmm... I think removing the flange, and leaving the shaft/fork in, could be done in chassis. Then replace the bushing in the flange. But you'll need to remove the lever, with it's broken bolt, first. Try hammering a screwdriver intot he slot, see if that loosens the lever, and you can pry it off?

Maybe removing the clutch bracket first will give you more room to attack the broken bolt in the lever?

I think replacing the bushings ought to suffice, they wear a lot faster than the shafts.
