With that kind of offer, I would just take a good look at the starter and generator on my truck, measure the mounting holes, and take anything that looked about right. Bear in mind that there are all kinds of starters that fit the 230; pedal operated, bendix type (spiral groove on motor shaft), and solenoid operated.
