Brakes coming on while truck is in idle

I have a 1965 WM300 of which I'm having a brake problem. The brakes come on while truck is idling. I just replaced the master cylinder and thought the rod adjustment was correct. But while I let the truck warm up to test drive, the brakes came on while sitting idle. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why?
