Well, the lady who said she was going to call me back today (second time) didn't call, so I wrote a letter to the boss of Marson/Alcoa in Texas. I put it on my web site and am linking to it here to make sure Google will pick it up. It torques me to have to go to all this trouble when they should have simply replaced the missing part, but when some big company pulls this kind of thing, I like to give the corporate office a chance to fix it. Half the time they do. We shall see.
