since you dont want to drive down, ill have to do it myself. what is the correct way to do walls in a dry basement with a cinder block foundation. im unclear as to the best way to insulate, vapor barrier, etc. everyone has a difft opinion. i do know im not finishing the ceiling. i want to be able to access everything. dont have the height for a drop ceiling either.
