It looks like Marson is made by Alcoa which is a international company (see link) so chances are you were speaking to someone in a foreign company as they work cheaper one reason we have no jobs,but lets no go there. There may not be a selection on the computer screen to replace the part and the ability to think is being removed by computers who tell people what to do. So most likely there only options is to exchange the whole set.
