...look for a 2008 used Mega Cab with the Aisin 6 speed automatic. They are bullet proof, much stronger than the 48RE, OR the Allison.
If you need an 8' bed, then the 2010 Mega with 8' cab is for you.
If you tow, get the dualie, if towing is a rare occasion, go with the SRW.
