There are a couple of very large Dodge dealers out west that are VERY aggressive; I would call/email one of the big Texas dealers or Nevada dealers...(Carson Dodge, in Carson City Nevada, is the largest I think), and price out exactly what you want. Then you can go to local dealers and see who is really hungry.
The TDR has forums like this one in which there is a wealth of information...
