Hey Mike I second that one , we had a kid working in our shop doing odd jobs around the plant got mad took a job at Sears as a repair man. I called Sears for some work on my big screen and guess who shows up !!!! , I asked him about his back ground in this area he just smiled ...??? $ 80.00 later and still no TV but the best part is he gave me a name and number of a guy in Twin that could fix it ....!!!
